Each product adds what its format needs. Its Basic plan is part of the free start; Digital is the full product for the class itself. Prices are per location a month, excluding VAT. Basic, in every product, is free for one studio with classes of up to 10 people; with bigger classes, €149 a month. With more locations, the first is free and each other one is €149.

Questions
What if my single studio grows above 10 people per class?
Nothing switches off mid-class. We get in touch, and the studio moves to €149 from the next month. With two or more locations the 10-person limit doesn’t apply at all.
Is anything missing on the free plan?
Nothing in the core: exercise library and video, coach signals, your brand and history are all there, together with your product’s Basic plan. What differs is how long detailed data is kept: every plan keeps second-by-second heart rate and power for 90 days; after that, the free plan keeps class summaries and paid plans keep one point per 15 seconds. Class summaries are kept for good on every plan. Digital and Hardware prices are in the table above. Exercise videos play from Vimeo on every plan.
Can we upload our own video files?
Yes, by subscription: your own video files of up to 95 MB each. Vimeo links stay the main way to add video, with no size limit. Tell us in your request and we will send the terms.
Do I need new hardware?
Usually not. Round Connect works with standard ANT+ and Bluetooth chest straps and watches, any TV with a browser and a tablet. Bikes and rowers connect to the computer behind the studio screen.
Who owns the data?
Your studio. Member data and history are yours, isolated from other studios, and anonymised when a member leaves.
