You already read the room. The Signaller in Round Connect adds what is hard to see from the front — who is new, who should be careful with what, how long someone has been near their limit — and tells you in one plain line, before class and during it. It never decides for you.

What the coach gets in each product
- Reformer Pilates: Round Connect Reformer for instructors — one class, two or three lines instead of twelve.
- Cycle: for instructors — who to watch by bike number, one vibration when a bike needs you.
- Combat: for coaches — clearances, protocols and safe pairs in a minute.
- Functional: for coaches — scaling ready before the warm-up, a signal before the barbell.
- Flow: for teachers — your class before the first breath, a reminder one pose ahead.
- Rowing: for instructors — a technique assistant, even if you never rowed.
- Race: for coaches — “not yet”, with the data in your hands.
Below is what every product shares: the core that runs the class.
Before class
The people in the room
Before class you see who is new, who is back after a break, whose 10th, 50th or 100th class it is, and who has trained hard over the last three days. In the console, a heavy week across classes is flagged too — a reason to check in. What you do with that is up to you.
During class
Every exercise on screen, where you use one
Your video and a short cue for each exercise play on the studio screen, so you can walk the room and correct form instead of demonstrating from the front.
Time and the next move
The programme runs the clock: rounds, rests and transitions with sounds, and the next exercise on video. During a rest the screen already shows what comes next. You pause, add 30 seconds or skip from a tablet and keep your eyes on people.
Who is overdoing it (with straps)
A signal appears when someone stays at 90% of their maximum heart rate or above for three minutes in a row — after one minute for people in their first three classes.
A second signal covers recovery: if, in a rest of 40 seconds or more, someone’s heart rate falls by less than 10 bpm within 45 seconds while still above 80% of maximum.
Who could do more (with straps)
When a round has a target zone and someone has spent 70% or more of their work time below it, after at least three minutes, they are marked for you. Sometimes it’s motivation; sometimes it’s a strap that has slipped.
Attention
Before class
The room sees only a small mark on a tile, with no text and no ranking. The thresholds are conservative on purpose — a warning you learn to ignore is worse than none — and we are tuning them with pilot studios on real classes.
After the class
A short note only about people where something stood out: time in overload, rests that didn’t bring the heart rate down, the average drop in a rest. Over weeks it shows who is getting fitter and who may need a lighter week.
The screen itself has no points or calories, and no ranks and no leaderboard: one colour and one number per person, tiles that stay in place. It supports the class you designed instead of turning it into a race.
You decide
Every signal says where it comes from — “told the studio”, “1 minute above 90%” — so you can judge it. You lead the class; Round Connect only makes sure you know.
