Saying “you’re not ready” is the hardest part of the job — and the most important. Round Connect Race gives you the moment and the data to say it well, and a way forward to offer instead of a refusal. In development
This week’s load — line = their usual
Before the ticket, not after
When a member sets a race goal far from their readiness, you hear about it before they buy — with three ways to talk through: solo later, doubles, or a relay.
One screen for the week
Each athlete’s load against their own usual, including runs outside the gym if they agree; a “something hurts today — where” flag (yes or no and the body area, never a score); energy they rate themselves; the physio’s limits. A sudden jump is flagged.
Simulations you can see
Twenty-four people running and on stations at once. Your watch tells you who has gone out like a sprint, who hasn’t recovered before the sled, whose rowing stroke has changed.
Conversations on record
“Not yet” is recorded honestly and visible to the member. It protects you, the member and the gym.
Any programme
Official, the gym’s or yours — Round Connect doesn’t write or change it. It adds care on top.
After the race
A recovery week and a next goal, and a word with you before anyone signs up for the next race too soon or in pain.
You decide
Round Connect shows change against what’s usual for a person; it doesn’t diagnose overtraining or injury, and it doesn’t allow or forbid races. The decision is the member’s, after talking to you.
