Does Round Connect diagnose overtraining or injury?
No. It shows change against what’s usual for a person — load, energy, a “something hurts — where” flag (never a pain score) — as a reason to talk. Nothing here is a diagnosis or medical advice.
Who decides whether someone races?
The member, after talking to their coach. Round Connect doesn’t allow or forbid races. The readiness form only suggests when it’s worth talking to a doctor first.
Why talk before the ticket?
Because the division usually can’t be changed after buying. A relay or doubles now and solo later is a step on the way, not a defeat.
What about training outside the gym?
With the member’s consent, runs and sessions from their watch or running app are imported, so the weekly load is complete. Consent can be withdrawn any time.
How do physio protocols work?
A physiotherapist sets the limits after an injury; with the member’s consent, they reach every coach. A sign-up for a race before the protocol ends alerts both.
What happens on race day?
A plan for each stretch and “how are you today?”. Medical decisions belong to the event’s medics; we don’t replace timing or work on the course.
Which races?
Any — Hyrox, Deka, ATHX or the next format. Round Connect is not affiliated with any race organiser and takes no commission on tickets.
Do you replace our programme or app?
No. Official programmes, apps, watches and timing stay as they are; we add care on top.
Is Round Connect Race ready today?
Not yet. Race is in development and starts with partner gyms — tell us if you would like to be one of them.
