This page covers the roundconnect.uk website. How Round Connect handles member data inside studios is set out in the agreement with each studio.
What we collect
- Requests. When you send the form, we store what you entered (name, email, studio, and any optional details) together with the date of your consent and the page language.
- Technical logs. Our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for security and troubleshooting.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Why
Only to reply to your request and discuss using Round Connect in your studio. We don’t sell or share your details for marketing.
How long
Requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Access logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you sent. Leave a request with the note “privacy”, and we will act on it.
