Mixed rooms, one line per zone
Reformers, chairs and mats in the same class: the room is split into zones, each with its own line.
Heart rate for the instructor only
With straps, heart rate shows on the instructor’s tablet — never on the shared screen.
Also built: consent in two ticks; cautions marked “ongoing” or “just today”, never a diagnosis; check-in with the reformer number and “something today”; a brief with cautions, newcomers and who said “it hurt” last time; lines with at most two alternatives, chosen only from validated options, with the reasons visible to the instructor alone, who can move anyone to another line during class (validated options only, every change logged); a gym screen that shows only line colours and reformer numbers; one tap for “pain means stop” in class; and after class, “too hard” or “it hurt” means the exercise isn’t suggested that way again, shows in the next brief, and goes into an append-only safety log (CSV export) and a review queue. Since then: home programmes the client opens on their phone and marks “done today”; CSV and PDF export of the safety log and a client report; client progress and levels, with the progression line only where the instructor switches it on; physio hand-over through a one-time link the client controls — nothing reaches the studio until the client taps “Share”; voice notes after class; signature programmes with an onboarding checklist for new instructors; retention insights (who came back, who is drifting away); and an English or Ukrainian interface, set per studio. The exercise library and its options are still being reviewed with experienced Pilates teachers and physiotherapists.

Round Connect Reformer works on its own from day one. Want it to talk to your CRM? Webhooks already send class, safety and “it hurt” events to Zapier, Make or your own server — signed, retried, with no health details (working on our test stand). A read-only API and MCP work there too: your AI assistant can see classes, attendance and who is drifting away — never health details. Bookings can already be sent in, so the brief knows who is coming; other writing through the API is coming.
