Round Connect Flow · for yoga, barre and mat Pilates In development

Know your class before the first breath. A quiet word, one pose ahead.

Round Connect Flow knows who is on which mat — first time, a sensitive neck, 24 weeks pregnant, no hands-on today — and reminds the teacher one pose before it matters, with a soft vibration on their watch. No screens in the room. No new hardware needed.

Free for small studios · Silence stays part of the class · Members never pay

In the room today

Thirty mats, and what matters is quiet.

People book online and nobody asks at the door. The teacher doesn’t know who has a sensitive neck before the headstand, who is hypermobile and sinks into end range, who is pregnant in a hot room, or who doesn’t want to be touched today. A newcomer reaches for what the person next to them is doing. In a hot class, leaving the room can feel awkward.

Mats send no data — no cadence, no stroke, no weight. What helps here is knowing the people, at the right moment.

How it works In development

Three questions at booking

First time? Anything your teacher should know? Hands-on adjustments — yes, no or words only? At the door, a QR code: how are you today, anything just for today, which mat.

A map of the mats

Before class, the teacher sees who is on which mat — newcomers, notes, pregnancy and postnatal stages, consent to touch — next to the plan, with each pose tagged: on hands, inverted, deep backbend, twist.

One pose ahead

When the sequence is one pose away from something that matters for someone, the teacher’s watch vibrates: “Mat 9 — neck: the alternative”. The teacher offers it to the whole class; nobody is singled out.

For the teacher · in development

Seen, not singled out.

You get a soft vibration with the mat number and the alternative — and only when it matters. Move to the next block with one tap on your watch. The consent map tells you, before you walk over, whether a hands-on adjustment is welcome today or words only.

  • Reminders tied to poses in your plan, not to a timer
  • Works offline in the studio
  • A “need help” button for teachers on their own

For the member · in development

Came in tired, leaving calm.

Progress in Flow isn’t a record. After class: how do you feel now, against how you felt before — and the milestones people mark themselves, like palms on the floor or a first crow. That’s what keeps them coming back.

In hot classes, and only if a member wants it, a heart-rate strap lets the teacher know when someone isn’t settling, even in resting poses — and that leaving the room is always fine.

One class, step by step

Jack’s neck and the headstand

MomentWhat happens
At the doorJack, a runner who pushes in poses, marks “neck — just today”. His neck has been tight since last week’s headstand.
The planThe sequence ends with a headstand. One pose before it, Maya’s watch: “Mat 9 — neck: the alternative”.
The choiceMaya offers an alternative to the whole class before anyone goes up. Jack chooses legs up the wall.
His milestoneAfter class Jack marks his own: palms on the floor in a forward fold, for the first time.
A month laterHis card shows his practices, how he felt before and after, and his milestones. The “just today” note disappeared after that class.

Made for every kind of flow

Yoga

Vinyasa, slow flow, hot rooms: inversions, arm balances and heat — the moments that matter, one pose ahead.

Barre

Postnatal stages for every mum, reviewed every few weeks; options offered to the whole class.

Mat Pilates

A back that’s getting better, week by week: “how is your back?” and options before flexion.

Studios and networks

Teachers on their own, intro months that turn into memberships, consent records that protect members and teachers.

Teaching from a screen?

Your videos and cues, when you want them.

Some classes — barre especially — run better with the move on screen. The Round Connect core can show your own demonstration video for each exercise with the cue in large type and the clock keeping time, run from the tablet. Flow itself stays quiet: no numbers, no leaderboards on any screen.

Honest about what it sees

It doesn’t see the pose. It remembers the person.

Round Connect can’t see how anyone stands in a pose. It reminds the teacher, at the right moment, of what is already known about that person. Notes are in the member’s own words; the “how do you feel” scales are self-ratings, not health measures.

Round Connect Flow is in development and starts with partner studios: a budget yoga network where teachers work alone, a hot yoga studio, and a barre or Pilates boutique with classes for mums. Pose tags and alternatives are written with yoga, Pilates and barre teachers. It runs on Round Connect, with the other six products of the platform.
