Can it see how someone is doing a pose?
No. It reminds the teacher, at the right moment, of what is already known about the person on that mat. Nothing here is a diagnosis, a treatment or medical advice.
What do members share?
First time, anything the teacher should know — in their own words, ongoing or just for today — and whether they want hands-on adjustments. “Just today” notes disappear after the class. We never ask about diagnoses.
How does consent to touch work?
Members choose yes, no or words only at booking and can change it any time. The teacher sees it on the mat map; the record protects members and teachers.
Pregnancy and hot classes?
At booking, a pregnant member is gently offered a warm or prenatal class, under your studio’s rules. Adaptations for each stage are set by the teacher, with a specialist where needed, and come up for review every few weeks.
Do we need heart-rate straps?
No. Only in hot classes, only for members who want one — so the teacher knows when someone isn’t settling in the heat.
Is there a screen in the room?
No. Silence is part of Flow; the teacher’s watch is the channel. If you teach some classes from a screen, the Round Connect core can show your own exercise videos and cues — never numbers or leaderboards.
What if a teacher doesn’t write a plan?
Then the mat map still works. Network templates and a plan built in a minute make reminders one pose ahead easy.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The mat map and the plan are on the teacher’s phone before class.
Is Round Connect Flow ready today?
Not yet. Flow is in development and starts with partner studios — tell us if you would like to be one of them.
