Is Round Connect Reformer a medical app?
No. Round Connect Reformer helps instructors adapt exercises to what clients tell them. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything, and it isn’t medical advice. If something hurts or you have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist.
Do clients have to share health details?
No. Clients choose what to share — just what to be careful with and how, never a diagnosis. Only instructors at their studio can see it, and clients can change or delete it any time.
Do you use cameras?
No. There are no cameras in your studio. Ever.
Do I need to change my booking system?
No. Round Connect Reformer works on its own. Webhooks to Zapier, Make or your own server already work on our test stand, and so do a read-only API and MCP — classes, attendance and clients, never health details. Bookings can be sent in too. How to connect it: developers guide.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Basic and Digital work on the reformers and devices you already have. The Signaller on the reformer — a light and a button — is optional and in development.
Who decides what a client does in class?
Your instructor. Round Connect Reformer suggests options from a library being reviewed with experienced Pilates teachers and physiotherapists. The instructor always has the final say.
What happens when a client says something hurts?
They tell their instructor in class or tap “it hurt” after class. That exercise won’t be suggested that way again, and the instructor sees it in their next brief. Pain means stop — we never ask anyone to push through.
What about clients who don’t use apps?
Instructors can add details for them; an emailed summary after class — with a one-tap “hard / it hurt” that needs no app — works on our test stand, and the client report prints as PDF. With the Signaller on the reformer, its light shows their option.
When is the reformer Signaller available?
The reformer Signaller is in development. Tell us if you’d like to try it first.
